Referees Courses (i.e. Becoming a Referee)

The process of becoming a referee is as follows...

1.   Complete a "referee course application form" (open)

2.   Attend two seminars which unravel the Laws of the Game (and pass the exam at the second seminar)

3.   Attend one seminar which explains the practical aspects of refereeing (i.e. positioning, player management, team sheets...)

4.   Complete one game as a referee (paid) and one as an assistant referee whilst receiving mentoring from a senior referee.

The cost of the entire 'becoming a referee' process (i.e. all of your training materials, DVD's etc.) is around $75.
